Leven Sports Hall...
Situated on North
Street on the outskirts of the village, the
Leven Sports Hall is the home of many of the villages sporting
activities, including snooker, pool, darts, bowls, dominoes,
football, cricket, tennis, badminton etc. all under the
auspices of the Leven Playing Fields Association.

Other regular events staged at the Hall

served on the last Wednesday of the month at 2pm |

Whist Drive |
3rd Thursday of the month at 7.30pm |

As well
as indoor sporting activities, the Main
Hall itself can be equipped with an impressive marquee for disco's,
birthday or wedding parties and concerts - in fact for any 'special
occasion'.

Outdoor
Fitness Equipment
|
New to the facility in 2008
was the installation of outdoor fitness
equipment.
Funding was awarded from
the Humber Playing Fields
Association, Awards for All and East Riding of Yorkshire Council,
in order to provide 11 pieces
of gym equipment for the grounds.

These were installed at the rear
of the building and are a very popular venue for
many of the local people, providing free fitness
and health training, and along with the recent
improvements to the children's playground
provides fun and excitement for people of all
ages. |
